Delete your account

You can delete your GoodLoop account and all its data at any time.

In the app

  1. Open GoodLoop and tap Profile.
  2. Tap the settings icon, then scroll to the bottom.
  3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and can’t be undone.

Can’t get into the app?

Email hello@mygoodloop.app from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my GoodLoop account”. We’ll confirm it’s you and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

Your profile, posts, photos and videos, comments, reactions, wins, mood check-ins, challenge answers, XP and achievements, settings and push notification tokens.

What we keep

  • Records of moderation decisions about content that broke our rules, for up to 12 months, without your profile attached.
  • Usage events linked only to a scrambled ID that can’t be traced back to you.

GoodLoop Plus

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel your Apple subscription. Cancel it first in your iPhone’s Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions.
